In order to
have smooth check-in, please provide correct information upon
reservation.

Group
reservation for more than one room, requires different name for each unit.

3.
Additional
charge may apply for special requests. It is up to the management’s best
judgement whether to accept the special requests.

166 RMB for
each additional bed

5.
A 15% service
fee will apply to all service. Rates are subject to change without
further notice.

6.
Discount will
apply on long-term leasing (6 months or longer).
|
|
7.
Tenants are
responsible to register the temporary residence permit at the police
station. The customer
service team can assist tenants upon request.
